The chair i bought, EarthGear Travel Pro is awesome. More than i expected for the low price. Everything is included, and the adjustments are very easy and extremely secure. I love the chest portion of the chair because it moves on a pivot (up and down) so your client is at her/his most comfortable position. I'm very happy with my chair. I will definitely think of massage king the next time i need to make a massage purchase, and the shipping was much quicker than i anticipated. I recall it only took a week, maybe less. I expected three weeks, so i was delighted.

The chair was afailure [sic] the first time I took it out. The plastic knobs stripped almost immediately on the chest and headrest, leaving me much embarrased. I called you and some new plastic knobs were sent to me. I was told that they were the "right ones" this time and if they failed, I would get a replacement [chair]. Not happy with that item. MK responds: The knobs on this chair have been a problem for several customers. We spoke to EarthGear about this problem and they are making adjustments to the chair's design.

My chair arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. However, there were no instructions on how to fit the chair and appendages into the carrying bag. I am still struggling with a way to accomplish this task. MK responds: We have asked EarthGear to include this information in their product manual next time it is printed. In the mean time, please call us. We'll talk you though it.

The chair I bought arrived in good condition and in less than anticipated time. I had problems with the plastic bolts that keep the face cradle stationary, but these were replaced at no cost to me. I have experience nothing but kind and curtiuous staff. Thanks!

EarthGear TravelPro Chair Package recieved in timely manner. A bit of juggling, trial and error while assembling and learning how adjust it - as there were no instructions included. Have used it 5-6 times so far and am pleased with performance & portability. Am still learning how to fit it back in the carry bag...
