An anatomically designed, soft-frozen gel pack can be inserted into the pillow for added relief. Great for travel, reading or sleeping, this pillow also can provide relief from pinched nerves, stiffness, sprains, neck injuries or other traumas. The gel pack stores in your freezer until needed.

Features: 

  • Care Instructions - 1. Soak in lukewarm water using a mild detergent (and bleach, if desired). 2. Continue to press or flush water through until clean. 3. Rinse in clear water removing detergent and soil. 4. Press our excess water. 5. Machine dry at medium heat with three tennis balls or a soft pair of shoes to fluff.
