Replacement face rest cushion for massage tables. It will fit most headrest platforms. However the velcro does not always line up (after all, it is impossble to design it to fit EVERY pattern) however this is easily fixed by simple sticking on a little more velcro padding which is easy to find at most hardware and grocery stores.
