Marjoram Spanish in comparison to Marjoram Sweet has a higher content of cineole; therefor, it is more effective as an expectorant treating respiratory tract infections and spasms. Warming and calming effect on the nervous system, good for insomnia, may relieve anxiety and stress. This essential oil may strengthen intestinal peristasis therefore, good for constipation, colic and flatulence. Used in a compress, may help to soothe stomach cramps.

    • Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops onto a tissue and inhale or inhale directly from bottle.
    • Diffuser: Add 5-7 drops onto a diffuser to fill the air with the therapeutic aroma.
