Bergamot is an interesting oil as it can take on a relaxing aspect if mixed with relaxing oils like Lavender, Sandalwood etc. while used on its own or with other citrus oils it is generally more stimulating than relaxing.

- For a luxury facial treatment, blend 1 drop of bergamot with 1 drop of geranium essential oil in 5mL apricot kernel carrier oil (or an oil of your choice) and gently massage into face and neck.
