Bergamont essential oil has many uses. Often used as an acne treatment and has an uplifting scent, refreshing, deodorizing, antiseptic, antiviral, anti-depressant, relaxant, motivation, concentration, good cheer, harmony and balancing.
Bergamot is a versatile oil as it can take on a relaxing aspect if mixed with relaxing oils like Lavender, Sandalwood etc. while used on its own or with other citrus oils it is generally more stimulating than relaxing.
