Child Harmony Blend is used to soothe and calm small children when they are upset, cranky or over-tired. Older children benefit from this blend when they need to calm down and relax or before bedtime. This formula is also appropriate for pets particularly when they are scared or hyperactive.

What makes this Synergy Blend different?

• Some younger children will enjoy using a rolled up piece of kitchen roll with up to 2 or 3 drops of oil on to wave around as a magic wand!
• Use on children under 12 years, for a bedtime massage, put up to 2 drops into half an ounce of a suitable carrier oil, we recommend Grapeseed, Jojoba or Sweet Almond.
• Apply up to 2 drops to car diffuser and let the healing properties fill the air around you.
• A 5 minute back rub at bedtime provides a calming routine, it strengthens the bond between parent and child and promotes peaceful sleep.

Applications:

• Children: During the day if hyperactivity needs to be calmed make a “Magic Wand” from a rolled and twisted piece of paper towel, put 2-3 drops of Child Harmony on the end and encourage the child to wave, inhale and be in charge of changing their own mood. Alternatively diffuse in the room or put 1-2 drops on the child’s t-shirt. At night dilute 2-3 drops into whole milk or liquid soap and add to the child’s bath or diffuse in the child’s bedroom using an electric diffuser or by placing 2 drops on a favorite soft toy for the child to cuddle. A lovely way to ensure your child has a good rest is to dilute 2-3 drops of Child Harmony into ½ oz. of a nourishing unscented all natural lotion or carrier oil and gently massage their back for 3-5 minutes.
• Babies: To calm and soothe put 1 drop on bib, 2 drops in a diffuser in the babies’ room. Add 1 drop in ½ oz. milk into the baby bath, or for symptoms of colic or tummy ache dilute 1 drop in a nourishing unscented all natural lotion or carrier oil (please do not use oils that contain mineral oils) and rub gently on the tummy or back.
• Adults: Diffuse in bedroom 15 min. prior to bedtime as well as diluting 10 drops into a nourishing unscented, all natural lotion or carrier oil and apply to the body, reapply during the night if necessary, this helps going back to sleep. A warm bath with 10 drops added to 1 oz. whole milk promotes relaxation and sleep readiness.
• Footbath: Add 5-7 drops to a ½ oz. whole milk or liquid soap, fill basin with warm water, add the mixture and soak.
