NRG® guarantees their portable massage tables, excluding vinyl and foam, against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original owner/purchaser owns the product. This warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect. Vinyl and foam are covered for 3 years from the original purchase date. Tears, holes, punctures or damage caused by harsh chemicals are excluded.
The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at NRG’s sole discretion. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facility for any warranty claim. We will return the product, shipping prepaid, to customers within the continental US. International customers are responsible for round trip freight charges and any applicable duties, import fees and/or taxes.
